Please be advised that we did not have any record of a voicemail, email or text to our agency Friday-Sunday. With that in mind, this morning our team connected with the after-hours team at State Farm and were able to determine that there was a phone call placed from a customer with the same last name around 5:00pm looking for a vehicle change. The name tied to this review is not associated with the account our office services, so we cannot disclose any information here for privacy reasons. We can confirm that customer was called and a voicemail was left this morning.

I apologize for our office closing early yesterday. We were short staffed toward the end of the day with some of our staff, including myself, traveling for Spring Break.

"Update:

Please be advised that your question in regards to your billing was received at 5:24pm via email yesterday, and our office reached out via phone this morning per your request that all communication be via phone.

The request to put your vehicle in storage was submitted by our office on 2/11/2025 to our underwriting department at 11:56am. That change can take time to be worked by our underwriting partners, and then must be sent to State Farm's billing department to update the bill accordingly. At times, the timing of the change being processed happens after the bill is generated, and billing will be able to rebill once they have those changes sent over. We spoke to underwriting this morning and they opened a case to ensure these changes got over to billing to update your bill. We provided this case number in your file to ensure your new agency has that information, as we received notification that you requested a new agent, and want to make that transition as smooth as possible.

We again apologize that our agency was not a good fit for you, but wish you the best going forward with your new agency.
